Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and internationally. The shipping service provider is DPD or DHL. Exceptions apply by arrangement or at our discretion.

Prices are per product and package. Exceptions apply to high tables and other products that need to be shipped in more than one package per purchased quantity. You can see the exact shipping costs at checkout.

Freight Forwarder Deliveries

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2-3 working days, and for international deliveries within 2-6 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). The processing time is always a flat rate of one working day. Exceptions apply to custom-made goods and freight forwarding goods. In these cases, please refer to the respective articles for processing times. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. We also do not count Saturday as a working day. Delivery on Saturdays is possible but not guaranteed. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

You have the option to revoke your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. When returning the goods, we recommend that you choose the same service provider you used to receive the goods.
